In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.

Dispute Resolution

The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Modifications to Terms

Severability

Entire Agreement
